From your first 5km race through to mountainous ultramarathons, I will guide you to a smarter, sustainable performance. I am happy to provide online coaching, though if you live in South Wales (UK), I can also offer in-person or group coaching.
Meet Sebastian Neale
I'm Sebastian Neale, founder of Six Feet Training and an endurance athlete with a diverse background as a data analyst, data scientist, and AI developer. After years of balancing running ambitions with life's demands, I committed fully in 2023 - completing many road marathons, solo mountain ultras, back-to-back trail marathons, and multi-day adventures in challenging terrain across the UK. As part of the broader Six Feet Family, my coaching services combines both a scientific and holistic approach to training.
